Why you cannot stick to anything you start
You keep quitting because you keep starting in the wrong place. The problem is sequence, not discipline.

You cannot prioritise fifteen things at 6:47am on five hours of sleep. The answer is to stop trying and commit to one — the load-bearing item that, if it shifts, changes everything else.
The daily check-in, the fragments, the midweek pulse — these are measurement. The value lives in twenty minutes on Sunday where something that has read everything tells you what actually happened and sets the next seven days.
This system is a practice — a daily structure for observing your life and acting on what is within your control. Therapy does something different and this system does not replace it.
